Hi,
even the 3.8.5 in Fedora 19 is basically obsolete (see gnome's bugzilla
version field). There was a release of Evolution 3.10.0 this Monday,
which reaches (to be released) Fedora 20, and, of course, other
distributions as well. Still, you are right, 3.8.5 is much better than
3.2.x.
