Hi,
the bogofilter only marks the messages as junk or not junk, in a sense
of a custom flag on it, then it's up to the provider (in your case
IMAPx) to properly store it on the server (if possible, as some servers
may have disabled user flags). I suggest to go to account preferences
and at the Defaults tab select a real folder as a junk folder, thus the
messages will be moved there, instead of just marked with the flag.
