I have seen on several occasions evo failing to communicate with the server

- messages marked as read locally but not remotely
- stale messages shown in local folders which are no longer present in
the remote folder

I'm trying to get information for a proper bug report, as opposed to
'EWS information get stale'.

That works. It's a bit less convenient than using Charles, but will
have to do for now.
