We shouldn't make jokes about it. Those end-users should become aware
that some people suffer from HTML formatted mails, e.g. those who use
braille.

I suspect Evolution won't send the HTML information, what ever font you
chose for displaying messages on your machine. Evolution:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 TRANSITIONAL//EN">
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV=3D"Content-Type" CONTENT=3D"text/html;
CHARSET=3DUTF-8">
<META NAME=3D"GENERATOR" CONTENT=3D"GtkHTML/4.8.1">
</HEAD>
<BODY>
Test
</BODY>
</HTML>
There is no font tag,
<font face="TheFontTheRecipientHasGotNotInstalled">This is some text ;).</font>
