Hi,
there was a bug (in 3.13.3), when sending through Outbox, that the
second sent message, when done later enough, didn't make it through
and failed with the $subject error. This had been fixed recently for
evolution 3.13.4:

Note there was no issue when sending messages directly, within the Composer
window.
