Hi,
there is no such thing provided by the Evolution team. There
are scripts to build evolution (and its dependency stack) under
Windows [1], but it's experimental and completely unsupported.
An option (one of them) is to install cygwin [2] and use evolution
from there, but it's not the same as a native Windows client.
