Hi,
3.13.7, as a development version, was released on 2014-10-27. There
were done too many changes in the related code meanwhile, that the
3.13.7 is considered obsolete.
I suppose you built it yourself, thus I suggest to build the 3.16.1
(or the gnome-3-16 branches) of the evolution core packages to get up
to date and the stable release.
