Milan, Sorry about not listing the results of your answer
When I toggle the "Personal" calender, It brings up my appointments,
It takes them off when I toggle off.
When I toggle the "Birthdays and Anniversaries" calender, nothing
happens.
Yes, I did solve my own problem by toggling off the "Birthday and
Anniversary" calender and on the "Personal" calender, I can set
appointments again. so that problem is done.
I would like to solve the problem of nothing in the "Birthday and
Anniversary" calender. It looks like that folder is empty or missing.
Is there a way to delete that calender, and then start a new one?

Thank you for responding Milan
I was thinking that this calender was missing. Where does EVOLUTION
keep it's calenders and what does it name them ?

While attempting to add a Calender appointment, I get this error.
"Failed to open calendar 'Birthdays & Anniversaries' Invalid
object" . I am not allowed to add a new appointment. What is the fix
?
        Hi,
the "Invalid object" error looks odd, I would expect something like
"Permission denied" or such, claiming that the calendar is read only.
You have it selected as a "default" calendar. Go to the Calendar view,
and select a different calendar in the left tree of the configured
calendars. Also verify in Properties of the calendars that the "Mark as
default calendar" has checked any writable calendar.
        Bye,
        Milan
