However, even if people should reply to the list only, non-subscribers could read the archive. IOW without being subscribed, they send a request to the list and read the archive. An issue could become broken threads, if non-subscribers reply to a mail from the archive, https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/ . I suspect when using gmane to reply, the thread isn't broken, http://blog. gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.evolution.general .
