the 3.22.2 had not been released yet. It's more likely that you use
the 3.22.1 with some backported upstream patches.

The image looks like out of the evolution, but on the second look, it's
from a meeting invitation received by a mail, right? I tried to
reproduce and I see it too. I thought it's not filled yet, but then I
realized I filled it as:
