Thanks for the heads up. I enabled it for the slow account, too. After doing so, Evolution retrieved 41 mails, that already were received, so I now have a "few" duplicated mails. Then I enabled it for my 2 other Yahoo accounts and at least received one mail, that already should be deleted from the server, fortunately a junk mail, so not an additional duplicated message. Résumé: Deleting mails from the server after 1 day didn't work (after a while) when POP3 extensions were disabled. After enabling POP3 extensions all mails that already were received, were received a second time.
