Regarding the tray: That legacy notification tray for applications (which for unknown reasons use a status icon concept) has been removed in GNOME 3.26 as it always got in the way. Proper notifications end up in the top bar. Users can install one of the gnome-shell extensions, either based on the XEmbed support or implementing the DBus-based StatusNotifier spec. Regarding Evolution: https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evolution/FAQ?action=show&redirect=Evolution%2FFAQ#Can_I_minimize_the_Evolution_window_to_the_system_tray.3F Outdated and I hope not, I'd say. andre -- Andre Klapper | ak...@gmx.net http://blogs.gnome.org/aklapper/ _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
