Hi,
it's using "emblem-new" from your icon theme. For example Adwaita has
it here:
/usr/share/icons/Adwaita/16x16/emblems/emblem-new.png
You can get the blue dot from here (click the "plain" link above the
hex dump):
https://git.gnome.org/browse/adwaita-icon-theme/tree/Adwaita/16x16/emblems/emblem-new.png
and replace it on the disk. Of course, when your icon theme gets
updated you'll need to repeat the steps.
