Hi,
if I read it correctly, the text you write into the filter dialog is
split into separate words, then these words are looked for in the
headers' value, where From/To/Cc and such can be also decoded to
separate addresses and compare individually for the name and address.
I do not expect:
"Some user" <[email protected]>
will match header value:
[email protected]
.
It's sometimes easier, and quicker, to just try it, as Andre suggested.
