after https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/issues/44 Evolution 3.30 will 
use the same ISPDB (autoconfig.thunderbird.net) database as Thunderbird and 
similar logic for the self-hosted configuration file.

You likely want to ask, why doesn't https://api.gnome.org/evolution/autoconfig 
redirect to https://autoconfig.thunderbird.net/ now, as you know how to put 
your domain in the latter database.
