Hi Andre,

I think I just solved my issue! 

But first let me reply to your questions:
The "Server Requires Authentication" is enabled and the version is
3.18.5.2. 

The way I solved it was that by going to "Edit → Preferences → Mail
Accounts → Edit → Sending Email" I enabled the 'On This Computer' 
dir tree and the notorious message was inside the Outbox dir.
I deleted it and the warning is no longer there upon "Send/Receive".


I'll try to send some messages with attached files and let you know if
I have further problems. 
Please consider the issue solved!
