Hi,
I tried your steps with a non-recurring meeting and it had been moved
in my calendar after I clicked "Accepted" in evolution. This is with
the latest development version, before 3.31.2 release, but I believe
the stable 3.30.2 will work the same. I used an Exchange 2010 server.
Looking into the NEWS file for evolution-ews there had been done some
changes in timezone saving, but from what I understood you didn't face
any issue with that in particular.
