Hi,
the only option is to create a send-only account in Evolution for the
alias address (you can choose "None" server type in Receiving email
tab; if the Lookup works for you, then click "Back" to modify the
looked up settings), instead of filling the alias into the main
account. Then you can set multiple GPG keys.
