Hello! I've found an Evolution Backport PPA for Ubuntu 18.04 bionic:
https://launchpad.net/~samvh/+archive/ubuntu/evolution-bionic-bp It raises the evolution version from 3.28.5 to 3.32.1. The most current version is the 3.33 series, which are development versions. Unfortunately, this applies to *ubuntu 18.04 only.
