If you read something about something in some place somewhere, then
please provide clear references and clear statements to avoid FUD.

Are you explicitly saying that first forwarding and then moving does
trigger that error message above? I'd be surprised if that's the case.

Please also always mention your exact Evolution version.
Also, which mail account type is this about?
Is the folder to which you move a physical folder?
