Apart from the german spell packages, that differs from my install:
gnome-spell-0.5-1.ximian.3 # ximian version
aspell-0.33.7.1-7mdk # where do you have 0.50.3 from?
libaspell15-0.50.3 # don't have that one
Try removing gnome-spell and get the ximian package. Just a shot in the
dark, though...
