Oddly enough, it's being identified in your message as a plain text
file. That could have something to do with your problem. Since the file
is being given the wrong MIME type, a lot of clients will have trouble
translating it appropriately.

Here's the appropriate lines from the beginning of the attachment, as
shown in the mail source view:
