It really has nothing to do with evolution.  You can use the
spamassassin whitelist to basically give a -100 score to anyone you
wish, this way they can have upt 100+minimumspam(usually 5) score to get
you a message.  It would be quiet a feat to get a score of +100 for a
message unless blacklisted.
