We don't package Evolution for any versions of Slackware. Whether it's included in Slackware depends entirely on the Slackware folks. In any event, the source is available, so there's no reason you couldn't compile it yourself (beyond the fact that the it has a lot of build dependencies that make the process unusually complicated).
