Attached is a mail with a full thread that may describe it. Or what you
cannot do with bounced messages... ;-)
A thread starting on 2002-09-25 "bounce message..." discusses it even
more. There is a way to bounce messages:
Actions / Forward / Redirect
That's more a redirect of the message though, and depends on what you
actually wanna do if that would work for you. (You did not say anything
about what you are trying to accomplish.)

That depends on the mail server. Some are more inclined to accept a
piece of mail and bounce it later; some reject it immediately.
So the original poster could certainly forge a plausible bounce message.
If the goal is to fool a human correspondent, that might work. But if
the goal is to reduce spam, then forged bounces are unlikely to help, as
most spammers don't use real return addresses.
