I'm waiting for a busy search without having to > buy an exchange server.
Hi Joe Id suggest you install JiCal from sourceforge.net. It creates free/busy files from Evolutions iCalendar.ics which each user creates if they use the calendar. Some sites are running JiCal as a cron job and creating all users FB files on an hourly basis. http://www.sf.net/projects/jical As well as the Free/Busy stuff, it also can render HTML/PDF/SVG and XML from your calendars. A recent client has had it extended to create Week-At-A-Glance workgroup views for their Unix shop. Try it youll like it.
