Sorry; you're right -- I should have said 'which caches flags for a
folder which is not SELECTed'.

True -- and having to restart Evo is a big price to pay for those who
_do_ need it; even going offline and online again is the same, since Evo
makes me wait while it issues STATUS on all mailboxen in all servers
before letting me do anything else.

I think having this as a config option is already a planned feature for
the next rewrite of the IMAP back end anyway, isn't it?
