Nope, I don't think so.
The 'killev' is effectively the same as ' evolution --force-shutdown'.
But all your configuration data is stored in another place. Evo 1.2.x
uses the file ~/evolution/config.xmldb.
I don't know, if this will be a similar trick for your version. I will
leave this one to NotZed.
