Which packages did you re-install? I don't know for sure, but this may
not be related to the evolution package itself but one of the others.
May this be Connector related? (See below.)

Well, seems to be the Ximian Connector, is it?
Dunno, but the name suggests it. And I do not have this file, which is
even stronger indication. ;)
Had you installed Ximian Connector previously and did not install it
again?
