You are talking about the timezone IN the message you're replying to? This would be impossible to do reliably, unless you are translating to the repliers timezone, not the original message's timezone. All we get is a number, which may be affected by daylight savings, and cannot possibly take into account latitude differences.
(e.g. Australia/Adelaide vs Japan, well if they were the same as a globe would suggest, and not 1/2 hour different for political reasons).
