no, but you could easily write a shell script.
Evolution stores mail in standard mbox format in a directory structure
under ~/evolution/local
the structure will be:
folder/
mbox
mbox.ev-summary
mbox.ibex
subfolders/
subfolder1/...
subfolder2/...
or, if a folder doesn't have any subfolders - there will not be a
subfolders/ directory
