Paul:
Tried
the evolution --force-shutdown option with no luck. However, the Exchange admin
happened to walk by and I asked him if he changed anything. "No, but I did
tighten up security used by OWA, but surely that could not be the problem...".
We are now working through what he did to see if any of his new settings affects
my evoluton client. I will post with the solution, when we find
it.
Thanks,
Frank

Have you made sure evolution has completely stopped and restarted? Try evolution --force-shutdown before restarting it. You may even have to use "bonobo-slay", but that will affect anything else using bonobo, which may not be what you want.

The admins have changed no software, and neither have I. Obviously something is amiss, but I am not sure where to look. I am runing RH9.0 with all updates and Evo 1.4.4. Connecting to an exchange server (obviously). I have tried deleting my exchange account and creating a new one to no avail. Thoughts?? I am desperate as I am now down to using Outlook Web Access in a browser!!
