[Evolution] How Can I Edit "My Weather" URL?

How do I change the URL that's passed to my browser when I click on "My 
Weather"?

In my copy of 1.4.4, it launches the home page of the UK's Met Office.  
I'm in the U.S., and want the URL to point to a detailed forecast for my 
locality.
