Export: Go to your Contacts, mark all and File / Save as VCard. Call it
"Export", as it effectively is just this.
Import: Then File / Import a single file in VCard format.
Additionally you can have more than one Contacts Folders, one dedicated
for your private contacts and one to hold all the work stuff, for
example.
