On reason that could produce duplicates is the way multisync works... if it encounters changes on both sides it will duplicate the contact so that the user can delete the contact he does not want to have on one side. so if for some reason multisync thinks that a lot of the contacts are modified on both (this could be if you did not sync for a long time) it will produce a lot of duplicates.
Multisync is writen to no interfere with the user. so there are (almost) no popup boxes or stuff like this. Armin On Mon, 2003-11-17 at 20:47, S.
