Hello all, I have managed to convince the installer to install Evolution 1.4.5 on a SUN Blade 150 running Solaris 9.
The E-mail related components seem to work fine (at for the last three days that I have been using it). However, the Calendar, Tasks and Contacts are not working. Problems include messages about the file permissions: We were unable to open this addressbook. Please check that the path exists and that you have permission to access it. Tasks hanging with the following message at the bottom of the main window: Opening tasks at file:///home/turcotte/evolution/local/Tasks/tasks.ics(...) The directories exist, the files are there and readable. I tried importing ics files from a Linux box, but evolution crashed. Anyone experiencing the same problems? ... and has found a workaround? At least having access to my Emails using Evo is start ... but I guess that I am far from being able to synchronize my visor using the USB port of my SUN Blade workstation ... Any suggestion towards achieving some of these goals would be greatly appreciated!
