I may be naive but it seems you stopped just an inch from making us RTL readers real happy - "just" add a button/option that inverts word order in all document lines (no promises made)...
A second invert can just reload the e-mail; forget about selecting blocks or answering in RTL. Just seeing it displayed properly would be grand!
