[Evolution] Changing the "reply" line in a mesage..

Does anyone know how to change the "reply" line of a message.

Example:

Original: "On Thu, Dec 9 2003 13:32 John Doe wrote:"

Changed: "2003/12/09 13:32 Men in grey suits forced John Doe to type:"
