Very nice. This does indeed apply to OOo 1.1 too. However, looking at it from a system-wide point of view, Evo's address book can only be used by Evo (and OOo/Star Office, of course), whilst an LDAP address book can be used system-wide, network-wide or even corporate-wide. And obviously Evo, Mozilla, OOo/Star Office, login procedures, Samba - just name it - can use it as well.
