Oh well, I did not expect you to really edit the mbox file... ;)

However, for security reasons (not to mess things up) you can save the
mail and edit this saved file. To import the resulting mail, just
drag-n-drop the edited file to any mail folder. Of course, this is only
acceptable, if you don't have to do this on a regular basis...
