When forwarding mail there is no option to forward the message
I actually got with attachments and all, I guess this should be
considered a bug. This I can do with e.g. pine, which is my
alternative mail program. Now I don't know any way to forward a
message I've received with evolution to another recipient.
(OK, I'm sorry if this is already in 1.5, I'm still running 1.4.5)
