Weird - there used to be an option to do this i could've sworn.  In
older versions of gnome-print there definitely was, since i wrote the
code to do it!  It could either be gnome-print, or evolution not adding
a 'page range' option to the dialogue box.

Printing a selection would be evolution, but that isn't going to be
implemented any time soon.
