Forwarding a message attached or redirect will preserve any headers.
Actions / Forward As / { Attached, Redirect }
There are caveats with both of them: Forward Attached will have the
message in an special attachment but leave the headers as is, Redirect
will add new headers while being delivered.
Both are not "inside the body" of your mail, though. Not sure, if
spamcop can deal with attached messages.
IIRC there are special scripts that can feed a whole mbox file to
spamcop and others.

To see the full headers even when Forwarding Attached, you got to
View / Message Display / Show Full Headers
