[Evolution] Auto-respond with message + .jpg attachment

Is there a quick and easy way to set up a filter to auto respond to
incoming messages with a particular subject line (e.g., "Send me the
picture," let's say) with a message containing the requested .jpg
(either as an attachment or inline)?  

I've found it easy to do on the Winderz side of things in various
clients, but not sure how to approach it in Evo (running 1.5.7 here).
