Hi the user tried to send to [EMAIL PROTECTED] without the hostname. I don't want to sound spiritualist but I used the [EMAIL PROTECTED] as an example the jist of it is that there wasn't a hostname .
So from reading the tail -f /var/log/mail on the user's machine and visiting her station and viewing the returned transcript . suggests it's something to do with this issue as mail no sent.
