Are you sure that you've set the "Required Information" "Email
Address" correctly?

If Paradise/TelstraClear will only allow addresses of the form
[EMAIL PROTECTED], and you are trying to use [EMAIL PROTECTED]
maybe the ISP is rightly rejecting it.
