I'm seeing the exact same behaviour running on RH 9 with evo and so on
installed using RedCarpet (current ver:
evolution1.5-.5.94.1.0.200409090630-0.snap.ximian.6.1)

There's no LD_BIND_NOW or similar environment variable

Is there a bug number for this so I can add stack trace etc?

thanks
