Not for Red Hat 9, it isn't.  I'm running the last one available via the
Dev Snapshot channel, dated 200410121826 (Oct 12), which calls itself
2.02.  I figure Ximian has simply EOL'd RH9 snapshot support... but
don't expect the hackers to know about that aspect of things.
