unfortunately the backtrace provided in the bug report isn't very helpful (no symbols, etc) and not being reproducable for us doesn't help either :(
perhaps try running evolution under gdb and when it crashes, type "thread apply all bt" and dump the output to your bugzilla entry. the results may still be unhelpful, but there's a chance it might help.
