You are using IMAP in Mozilla and POP in evolution. If you use multiple
POP accounts in Mozilla, it also will just use one local INBOX.
Go into Evolution, and change your accounts to IMAP.

I changed 2 accounts to IMAP in evolution and I see just one Inbox,
what's the difference then?
